Please note, if you are not registered at this practice, you will need to be able to supply your vaccination history to ensure we have the correct information to hand. Non-registered patients need to provide any significant medical and vaccination history (if possible from their own GP), and also have to pay for their travel vaccines given here.
Registered patients may be charged for travel vaccinations that are not covered by the NHS contract, however, this information will be given to you prior to your appointment.
We are also a Yellow Fever Vaccination Centre.

You are required to complete a travel risk assessment form at least 6 weeks prior to travelling. Please email this form back to us at nelondonicb.skd@nhs.net. Our dedicated practice nurse will go through the form and then contact you to either book an appointment for travel jabs or give you advice. She will also advise you of any charges for travel vaccines.
